I'm just curious: can anyone explain to me why this gets so much mockery...? I mean the video is exagerated, but I find it pretty straightforward to figure out, like of course nobody's falling into a hole while walking in line staring into your phone, but I don't think you're supposed to take it literally...? Lots of these things exist, like feeling unable to help someone treated badly in public, superficial dating culture, promotion of plastic surgery and idealized lives on social media, cyberbullying, tragedies made into a sensation, etc. Of course it's not everything and everyone is like this, but when you're surrounded by it you're down in the dumps and lonely yourself, you start to see things black and white and notice only these parts about the world. I'm not saying this the deepest thing to ever exist in the universe, but I see some people comment like it's the worst thing ever.
